Tomor Builds ("we," "us," or "our") operates the mobile game Gerpher Crossing (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and the third-party services involved. We have written it to be readable, not lawyered — but it is the binding policy that applies when you use the App.
The short version: Tomor Builds does not collect personal information from you directly. Your game progress is stored only on your device. Limited data is processed by Google (for ads) and Apple (for purchases and Game Center) under their own privacy policies.

The App integrates the following third-party services. Each has its own privacy policy that governs how it handles data.
Google AdMob — We use AdMob to display banner advertisements and optional rewarded video ads (for example, to revive after losing or to double earned coins). AdMob may collect your device's advertising identifier and information about ad interactions in order to serve and measure ads. You can review Google's practices here: policies.google.com/privacy. You can limit ad tracking at any time in your device's Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking.
Apple Game Center — When enabled, Game Center allows you to submit scores to leaderboards. Game Center is provided by Apple and is governed by Apple's privacy policy: apple.com/legal/privacy. Tomor Builds does not receive your Game Center identifier directly.
Apple In-App Purchases — Any purchase made inside the App (such as removing ads or purchasing G-Coin packs) is processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. Tomor Builds does not receive or store your payment information. Apple's privacy policy applies to these transactions.
The App is family-friendly and is not specifically directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided information through the App, please contact us so we can take appropriate action — though as noted above, no information is sent to us directly.

Because Tomor Builds does not collect personal data directly, the most direct way to exercise these rights is through Google (for ad-related data) and Apple (for Game Center or purchase-related data), each of whom honors these rights through their own processes.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time — for example, if we add new features or integrate new third-party services. When we do, we will update the "Effective" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after a change indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
